Appartement XXème
Rénovation partielle d'un appartement du XXème arrondissement. Avant l'arrivée imminente du bébé il a fallu refaire l'ensemble des enduits, murs et plafonds de l'appartement ainsi que la redécoration de la chambre parentale, la SDB et les WC. Le timing était très serré mais nous avons respecté les délais afin de finir juste avant l'accouchement.

Smart Home Design was a really great choice for the renovation of an entire anpartment with the exception of the kitchen I bought in Paris. We had a tight deadline as we only had 6 weeks to complete it before my partner gave birth and the completed the works on time at a quality level that truly is outstanding. I’d like to point out that Aurelie works WITH her clients as opposed to imposing her own ideas - something we really valued.
The communication was fluid as we had a WhatsApp group with the Chief Master Builder as well as Aurelie, Smart Home Design’s founder and Chief Designer allowing us to exchange in real time.
The adaptability to the unknowns of the works also impressed me as they shifted Strategies based on Supply Chain issues to keep on track as well as the recommendation of the addition of interior isolation to the walls to combat humidity problems that were unbeknownst until the wallpaper was taken off.
